StellaVita, the astronomical smart controller, is designed for an effortless, portable, and user-friendly astrophotography experience.
For astrophotography and StellaVita beginners, extracting images from the internal storage and exporting log files are common and basic operations. If you have questions regarding these operations, just read this quick guide.
How to Find and Export Images from the Internal Storage of StellaVita
Step 1
Power up StellaVita and turn it on. The StellaVita’s Wi-Fi will be ready for connection after a long "beep" sound.
Step 2
Connect your computer to StellaVita’s Wi-Fi using the default password “12345678”. When connecting successfully, you will hear 2 “beeps” from StellaVita.

Step 3
After connecting to StellaVita Wi-Fi:
Windows Systems:
Open File Explorer on your computer, enter StellaVita's IP address \\10.0.10.1, and provide the access credentials:

- Password: astrostation

macOS Systems
1. Click Go > Connect to Server in the upper-left corner of your computer, enter StellaVita's IP address smb://10.0.10.1, and provide the access credentials:
- Username: as
- Password: astrostation



How to Find and Download the Log Files
Step 1
First, connect your mobile phone or other mobile device to StellaVita Wi-Fi, then open the StellaVita APP.
Step 2
Click the "Settings" button, then select "Misc." Scroll down the screen to find "Log." Choose the desired files and click "Download" to save them.

Step 3
Open the built-in file application on your mobile device to locate the downloaded log files.
