  2.  Search for “StellaVita”.

  3. Connect to your StellaVita hotspot and open the app.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the firmware upgrade (or refer to Step 2 below).

(Make sure your StellaVita device is powered on and nearby during the process.)

For iOS StellaVita App 1.0 Users (Non-Beta)

If you're still using the original iOS StellaVita 1.0 app and haven’t joined the beta:

Step 1: Upgrade Core Firmware to v1.1.68

  • Open the latest 1.0 version of the StellaVita app and connect to your device.  The app will automatically detect your current firmware version.

  • Disconnect from the StellaVita hotspot and connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network with internet access.
Go to [Misc] → [ Version] in the app and tap [Check for Updates]
If a new version is available, follow the prompts to download and install it.

  •  Wait for the upgrade to complete.
You’ll hear a long “beeeeep” sound—this means the Core firmware has been successfully updated to v1.1.68.

Step 2: Install StellaVita App 2.0

  • Uninstall the 1.0 app from your device. Open the App Store, search for “StellaVita”, and download the new 2.0 version.

  • Connect to your StellaVita hotspot and launch the app.
A firmware update window will appear automatically—this will upgrade your Core firmware to v2.0.0.

Alternatively, you can manually trigger the update:

Go to Settings → [StellaVita] → [Core Version] → [Check for Update], then tap Download.

What to Listen For During the Upgrade

Your StellaVita device will guide you with sounds:

  • Two short beeps → Hotspot mode is active
  • One long beep → Device is fully booted and ready

After hearing the second sound, reconnect to the hotspot and open the app—the upgrade is complete.

Important Notes

  • Do not unplug or power off your StellaVita device during the firmware upgradethis may cause issues.
  • If the upgrade progress bar gets stuck at 100%, your phone might still be connected to another Wi-Fi network. Simply reconnect to the StellaVita hotspot and the process should continue.

Final Check

Once the upgrade is done:

  • Go to the Version Info page in the app.
  • Tap [Check for Update] again to confirm that both the Core firmware and App are up to date.

You’re All Set!

Whether you're on Android, iOS, or switching between both, StellaVita brings you a seamless cross-platform experience—all powered by a single device.

Thanks for upgrading with us. Enjoy the new StellaVita App 2.0!
