Overall, the camera is well made and high quality for its price. However, as promised in the specifications: with 16 bits, 0.6 electrons of noise reading and more than 14 stops of dynamic range in HDR mode, my camera did't working. The best I could achieve on the stable latest firmware v4.47 - the first screenshot. Then I contacted Touptek support for help and they kindly provided me with firmware v4.36 on which the test in SharpCap completely broke - the second screenshot. After that, Touptek support very quickly provided me with an experimental firmware v4.48, which should have helped. They also provided a video with step-by-step instructions for installing the firmware, configuring SharpCap and the testing process itself with the results in their lab. I reproduced all the same on my camera and got very similar results. However, they were worse than on the stable firmware v4.47 - the third screenshot. At the moment I can only rate the camera itself at two stars. The support and communication with the after-sales service is beyond praise and if it were possible in this review, I would give five stars for service.
